That time of year advances. The time with the family part of the year. Is it a welcome time for you or a time you dread? Is it all love and joy, do unresolved hurts explode over the dinner table, or are feelings so raw some people just don’t show up? Maybe there is no family in your life, or a family with missing pieces. Whatever your situation, I wish you luck with the coming weeks.

Family gatherings small or large have always been pleasurable. These were not times any of us used to resolve old hurts and disagreements or to create new ones. These loving and caring times came naturally to each of us with no one creating drama.
The world’s nations need such gatherings.
Our first date. Watching for your car from the window. I’ve waited so long for this night and now my aunt and cousins have arrived for a surprise visit!
