    It’s a fact that John makes the best grilled cheese sandwiches. Maybe because sandwiches taste better when someone else makes them? Probably because he doesn’t use Velveeta, pressed ham and pineapple like Mother does. Her sandwiches are a family tradition, but tradition and taste aren’t the same.

    The best grilled cheese – there is no such thing! I can’t believe there are eateries and food trucks specializing in this concoction. And that people pay several dollars for something that is probably the cheapest and easiest food to prepare on the planet.
