They say

They say
They can’t write poems
But then they do.

They say
They can’t bear pain
But then they do.

They say
If they start to cry
They’ll never stop.

But then they do.

  2. “Ow! What was that for?” I rubbed my arm where Sandra had just pinched me.

    “Look at him!” she hissed. “Just look! He’s gorgeous! That face, like a movie star! And he’s so tall!”

    “He’s okay, I guess…hey!” She had just punched me.

    “OKAY?! What is the matter with you? Are you blind? And oh my god, will you look at those feet?! They’re huge!” She was actually blushing. “You know what they say about the size of a man’s feet…”
