Favorite Dessert

It can be sweet, but it needs a little bite, a little bit of tart. That’s why things like key lime pie or lemon pie or rhubarb pie would have to be at the top of my dessert favorites list. Honestly, I’d eat anything sweet – wouldn’t you? – but I love that extra little burst on top of the sweetness that you get with a bit of tart.

  1. My favorite dessert is— hands down—key lime pie, but you don’t have to twist my arm to indulge in some crème brûlée or a good homemade flan. With key lime pie, you get the best of both worlds as the sweetness and tartness engage your palate. My sweet tooth has always been my greatest weakness, so I always make sure I leave enough room to enjoy dessert whenever the occasion arises.

  2. Ice cream cake. Two of mankind’s epic inventions combine to form the dessert of the century. For anyone to think of something so magically delicious, they must have put these culinary creations into a particle accelerator. These two are very different, but here they intertwine in blissful unity.
