Sleeping in

“Wow, what a wild and crazy day,” the lady in Walgreens said.

“Why?” I asked.

“Well, I didn’t wake up until nearly 6 AM. I don’t know when I’ve slept so late!”

I looked at her more carefully. She was an older woman, working in a 24 hour Walgreens. I wondered when her shift began since it was about 11 AM at the moment.

“When do you normally wake up?”

“Oh, for some reason I always wake up about 4 AM. Sleeping in is a real treat.”

  1. Sleeping in is nice on rainy days, but the process must take place on the proper day. It allows you to rest while catching up on valuable lost sleep. Sleeping in is good for the body and mind. When the body and mind receive the proper rest, productivity is near.
