If you read the comic strip “Mutts” you probably will understand when I say “My Mooch is named ‘Pounce.’.” Alive, fiercely communicative (on her terms of course), alert, at-the-ready, demanding, independent, leader, adventurous and possessing many other feline characteristics Pounce is one great companion.

  2. She lives to point out my every fault and flaw. “You look fat,” she’ll pounce the minute I walk in a room, “I don’t know why you need me to tell you that at your age. I don’t know why you insist on wearing things you shouldn’t wear.”

    She’ll pounce on me for the least little thing. She does it for the fun of it. She’s a crazy person, having to tear me down to feel good about herself. But she’s my only mother.
