Mr. D was the most arrogant, self-aggrandizing man – let alone teacher – I’ve ever met.
His strutting, puff-chested pomposity with students bordered on caricature. Had it not been for his mean-spiritedness and cruelty towards those he thought too dumb and thus, unworthy of his attention, he would have been laughable.
