Ah, morning

He woke with a start. It was chilly – good thing he hadn’t switched over to the AC yet. He opened the curtains, looked out at a cloudy sky. “Ah, morning. You haven’t let me down yet.” The aroma of coffee drifted into the room and he hurried to pay homage to the automatic timer on his coffeemaker.

  1. Ah, morning has broken with the most amazing sunrise. Reds, golds and blues intermingling in swathes across the sky, a beautiful start to the day. The lone blackbird that has been singing so melodically has been joined by a thousand other birds in full-throated song and the dawn chorus is under way, Ah, morning, a sweet, sweet morning, has.dawned.

  2. Ah, morning. I am no longer scared of you with your bright shine and breezy wind. I now know that you mean well, even if you sometimes start with a dark gaze. I have found you most satisfying now that I no longer turn from you. Ah, morning. Hello.

  3. For the sun to rise, in a clear, rain-washed dawn, After the clamour of last nights’ storm , it is ah!! morning again!! A fresh page to begin writing upon. A fresh day has been born. Hallelujah. Praise the Lord. New hopes, new dreams, new fresh beginnings. Each day begins on a fresh note; bereft of the staleness of last night. You are reborn and so is the day!!

  4. Ah, morning! Even when it’s raining, I still consider it beautiful because one is able to get up and greet another day—be it wet or dry. I have never been a morning person, I’m the other side of the coin, but I can certainly appreciate waking up to another day because, of course, there could never be dark without light.
